I stopped by this Walgreens store (#3882) to pick up an OTC medication at the pharmacy counter. No issues, my transaction was straightforward. My issue was that two of the employees working at/near the cash registers were not wearing their masks over their mouth and nose. Instead their masks were on their chin. This is unacceptable for a national business that is part of the health care industry.
I just left the store and my heart is so full. There truly are still good people in the world. I’m not sure her name, but she’s usually in cosmetics but sometimes on the register. Today she was in cosmetics and I was just in the next aisle over as I heard her trying to help this elderly woman and her husband who were having trouble hearing or even describing what she was looking for as I think it was something to pull back her hair. The young lady was so patient and offered her to have a seat in the cosmetic chair and she actually TAUGHT the husband how to pull back his wife’s hair. She truly went above and beyond for this couple. I have true respect for that young lady. She deserves 5 stars!!
Went to get a flu shot with my wife and it took forever. People just let the obviously new lady struggle to get us in the computer other than helping her for a half a minute at a time a few times. Won't be coming back here for and vaccinations

Letitia in cosmetics is amazing! She goes out of her way for customers. When I ask for a product that isn't in, she orders it. She makes up for other employees who are too preoccupied to help. She even finds items in other departments for customers. Letitia is the main reason this store deserves 5 stars.
