Love how clean and secure this place is. And the price is reasonable for the size of the unit.
Huge storage facility. Great staff
I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this company, and am already shopping around for a new unit.nFirst: There were raccoons on the grounds in the doorway to get to the climate controlled units. At least they were not inside though.nSecond: I arrived to my storage unit with a truck full of stuff to drop off; only to be greeted by a sign informing me that I could not get into the building where my unit was except for during certain hours. I get technical difficulties occur, but an email letting me know before I loaded a borrowed vehicle and put other people out would have been amazing.nThird: I was asked if I wanted to enroll in auto bill pay, to which I said yes please use my card on file. The employee did not do this and now my payment was not made on the first but I am stuck with the late fee.nSeriously if you are looking for a storage unit just go somewhere else.
