A new, secure, beautiful storage facility. But customer service is terrible. We were promised the second month free. But we were billed for it. When we talked to the manager, she was disrespectful, even snotty. She would not take responsibility for the promise her employee made. We've moved our stuff out of the storage unit.
I watched this self-storage facility develop from the very beginning and am amazed at how well it turned out!nSuch a clean, safe, single story building. It looks more like a dental office than a self-storage facility.
I had to rent a unit for my business. We picked this place because it is spotless, the manager was great and the security/lighting made me feel comfortable to store there. Super happy with my decision.
