Wonderful job on my jeep. Really took good care of me
He was 60 miles from my house and communicated with me over the phone. They went the extra all the way! Great work!
I went to Jarod’s Auto late on a Monday night & was quickly greeted by James. I was traveling for the weekend & on my way up back to Phoenix when I realized I needed an oil change & possible tire rotation. After my friend and I explained what we needed, James agreed to do both with no hesitation. As he was working on the vehicle, I noticed that their shop was technically supposed to be closed according to the posted hours. So that right there - I really respect! He could of have easily said they were closed for the night, but James was exceptional. He was very up front with the costs & honestly was super affordable compared to other shops in Phoenix & Tucson. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to anyone who values an honest & hardworking shop. Just wish they would open a location in Phoenix! Keep up the great work 👍🏼
I texted them after hours on Saturday, they responded pretty quickly and allowed me to come in Sunday morning, to check my car.
Turns out I only needed a new battery and not a fuel pump.
Had I gone elsewhere...I would have gotten repairs I didn't need and then a new battery.
Huge discussion on other possible repairs needed down the road wont be needed. Just simple repairs.
Best mechanic in Arizona...quick, very knowledgeable & funny too
