I really like the men that work here. They’re very professional, helpful, and have great customer service. Hence why I gave two stars. One for each of them. Today, the staff was different, and I was really upset when I was told I couldn’t tan 15 min prior to close? It upset me because the guys would always let me tan prior to close, and the hours state 9PM. It was obvious the lady working at the front desk was ready to go home, as she was screaming they close in 10 min while people were trying to get a workout in DURING BUSINESS hours. There are many other locations around that are welcoming, clean, & allow you to utilize the services included in your membership during business hours. Really considering switching to Lifetime in brookfield, and going tanning elsewhere. Quality over price for me.

This is a nice very small gym. I give it 4 stars because you have to pay to park. The good this about it is that they help it be cheaper a little. Once you park at the grand pavilion and you get the slip you bring the slip in planet fitness and show the person behind the desk and they put a sticker on top of it and if you stay at the gym less than an hour and move you car once turning your slip in to the machine it will say you have to pay $2, but if you stay at the gym one hour you pay $3 and and if you stay longer than one hour every hour after the first it's JUST $1 more. And it goes up from there. Maybe because I'm not use to paying to park just to work out but they don't have a parking lot of their own but the gym is nice, you have to keep your mask on while you work out and can take it off to drink water they did not seem to strict about it but that's what the woman told me when I called before coming in and I called and asked because other planet fitness gyms say once you come in you can take the mask off . So you never know but it's nice with big plasmas on channels already picked. The other planet fitness gyms I use to go to in another state you had your own minor tv attached to the machine you worked out on

Love how the employees and guests are so diligent about keeping the gym clean! It's good to know I can go workout and feel safe

I love this Planet Fitness, it is definitely my favorite! They are always ensuring the facility is clean and the employees are always nice.

I love they are open 24 hours a day and the cleanliness is unparalleled. I have seen the staff clean and wipe the equipment down frequently for the hour or so I'm there working out!
