In my opinion, Joe Denk is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to succeed with their goals. I’ve been working with trainers for 9 years and by far, Joe is the best. I recommend you see him if you want a caring and honest trainer. Management should know how valuable he is and make sure he is taken care of.
We loved it here. If you are a first time mom like me read assured the ladies in daycare do any amazing job at taking care of the kids. The gym is a little bit old but is always clean and staff is super friendly.
Nice and clean. Plenty of freeweights. Very nice staff. On a few occasions asked for an employee to spot me on a set.....no problem at all.
Nicest gym. Well kept, managed, and beautifully equipped. Amazing location means everyone is right down the road. Couldn't recommend this gym any more.
I’ve been going here for about six years. I’m a college student so I have been going to multiple gyms throughout the years. The WAC is by far the best of the bunch. A nice calm environment, judgment free and you can’t forgot about the hot tub, steam room, and sauna. 5/5 recommend.
