Paul’s Jewelers is a family owned and operated small businesses and when our ‘family’ accountant passed away it was necessary to find someone new. The NEAL Group came highly recommended and we have been with them for about 20 years.nnThis is a small business as well so you get personalized service! It was interesting, this is not a cheap endeavor, so when I sent my first email question after my first tax returns were filed, I was perplexed by the no response. I continued using the client portal which worked flawlessly for the 4 years I worked with the Neal Group. The one email question was never answered to this day. The last two years I requested paper returns. Everything was done correctly and on time; but was very expensive. I do not have complicated returns and there was no accounting for simplicity.
