My husband and I have utilized H and R Block for several years for our tax services. The last 2 years, H and R Block has completely screwed up our tax returns and every time I contact this office or the customer service, I get a different answer and conflicting information. Just this morning, I called the customer service number, and the agent told me the exact opposite of what I was assured last week, and clearly did not listen to my question or my attempt to try to answer my question on my own. We will NEVER again waste a dime on anything this business tries to offer. DO YOUR OWN TAXES BEFORE PAYING FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INADEQUATE SO CALLED SERVICE!!!

I feel is was treated poorly and talked down to. I had the same forms done last year and this year I was charged more the $140 more. When I asked I was give silly answers about all the numbers and calculations. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
