This review is regarding their customer service; I didn't have any work done. I contacted them and they were quick to come out for an estimate. They said it would be emailed to me. Two weeks later and no email. I called and left a voicemail inquiring. A week later, still no call back. Don't bother with these people. They may have been in business for some time, but it's taught them nothing about customer service.
Terrible. They were to repair my bedroom door, and even when I told them what was wrong, the carpenter did it his way, which of course failed in a couple months. I had to contact them numerous times to fix it, with a lot of resistance. Then, they wanted me to sign a release that they had no obligation to come back for the door again! Rude, insulting and total lack of customer focus.
