We moved to a new neighborhood and ordered three pizzas from 57th and Capital Drive. The pizza was wonderful it was perfect just how we ordered it it was hot they did a better job than any other location we’ve ever been to.
Usually order from Domino’s Pizza but decided to order from them. I got pizza delivered and order chicken as well. I had a whole 8 piece chicken missing. My daughter got food from the door and gave him cash my order was $43 and gave him $45 he said didn’t have any change. When I noticed chicken missing caught him before pulling off and he called the restaurant stating he will bring chicken back. Called restaurant to speak to manager she wouldn’t get on the phone and stated to call back in a hour. I stated no and wanted to talk to someone now. She got on the phone 15 minutes later basically stating that it could be over an hour to get missing food and I would have to stand in a long line to get refund of my money. Never will order from this place again I will stick with Dominoes Pizza from now on!!!!
Food was made to order, done at exact time I put down for it to be ready for pick-up, they were very polite & customer service was a high priority for them. As well as they were understanding & allowed me to walk threw their drive thru due to my car dying & I had to take the bus over there to pick up my order in time. So over all they received more than 5stars in my book.
Cashier was very rude paid for extra sauces the cups wasn't even halfway filled
