I took the Venus Gong Bath Meditation and Gentle Yoga class at Sacred Sound with my friends and it was an amazing experience. Very welcoming space, knowledgeable/professional instructor and each of us in the class received lots of support and attention. Rosie was very open to sharing more about the benefits of the gong and the specific poses/breathing technique that were used. 10/10 recommend!
My experience at Sacred Sound Yoga studio was amazing. I could just feel the positive energy the minute I walked in. Rosie Rain is so passionate and knowledgeable about Yoga and sound healing through music that she causes you to be inspired too. Even though I am a beginner student, she made me feel so comfortable with her instruction. I would definitely recommend Rosie’s classes to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to get healthy and inspired.
Filled with love, talent, and warmth, this yoga studio will make you feel at home. The kundalini yoga experience could not be better than what you find here with Rosie’s soft voice and genuine concern for each student’s wellbeing. She has put her heart and soul into teaching yoga and so much more.
Attending Rosie's yoga classes years ago opened my heart and changed my life in unimaginable ways. She leads with her heart + is a talented teacher + musician. I AM SO GLAD THIS PLACE EXISTS!
