I put my ID card in the drop off envelopenwith my W2s and didn’t receive my ID back. The reception at the desk bragged about working for H and R 15 years. Rather than looking for my ID. I had an appointment at 2:30 but I waited about an hour just to get seen. I would not recommend coming to this place to file taxes.
