Your showers are pitiful. I drive a semi truck for a living and I've seen better maintained showers in truck stops outside of Gary, Indiana. Mold, hair, paint falling off, cracks in the wall, no toilet, no place to put your clothes because the wall hooks are loose, no place inside the shower to place your body/face wash. What the hell do I pay money for? At least the gym part is well maintained, I'll give you that.
Great management, trainers, group exercise classes, and customer service. Top notch gym at a reasonable rate.
The new staff has been great. Extremely clean place compared to the other gym just down the road. Left my wallet there and was returned to me with nothing missing. That says a lot about the clients and staff. Great gym.

Terrible customer service. Mike, who must be the only office worker there, has no people skills at all. I canceled a membership in January and was charged for an additional two months after that. I have now been trying to get my refund from that for 2 months. Last time I called Mike completely blew me off and didn’t have any respect and hung up on me! I have been patient with them as he did inform me that he was new to the position when I initially started this refund process. However, I think the owners made a huge mistake hiring him on. He is rude, unhelpful, and doesn’t care about building this business up. I am still waiting on a reply about my refund. I’ve heard similar stories about this gym in particular. I’d advise going anywhere else.
