Facility is huge with everything you'd need for CrossFit, Strongman, conventional lifting, oly lifting, etc. I've always thought that CrossFit was overly priced for what you get but this is the first box I've been to where the price is 100% justified. Great coaching, great equipment, the box is always open to its athletes whether they do a class or want to run their own program. The staff invest back into the facility and its athletes well-being with clean facilities to free coffee every day. This is a no b.s work hard box.
I recently dropped into Crossfit Greendale for two workouts. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. I was greeted immediately upon entering the gym and everyone introduced themselves to me. I was shown where all the equipment was located. The workouts were very good. The owner, Frank, actively coached during the work out, making sure everyone was using proper technique. I am in the Milwaukee area several times a year. This will be my go to place for when I am there!
I've been a member for 10 months at this point and I love it. Life gets demanding but I can always find or make time to go to class. Love the staff and the athletes are welcoming and accommodating. Will continue for forever if possible.
The very BEST workout experience ever!nFrank, Nina and the rest of the coaches are excellent, knowledgeable, and most of all pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this gym to anyone. Also, the people there are so very friendly! It is worth a try! I ❤ CFG!
Great place to get a good workout. Staff and athletes very nice and welcoming. Special shout out to Coach Z! If you need a place to drop in, give them a shot.
