I recently attended online kickboxing class via Zoom and it was great! Got a good workout in! My kids can't wait to join me in the next one! Great way to keep them active while we all stay at home! So happy you made this option available until we can all get back to class!
I consider myself to be in pretty good shape. In addition to being a martial artist I also compete in running races and triathlons. When Hanshi mentioned doing classes online I knew I would get good technique lessons but thought that fitness-wise it would be very easy. I was wrong! The classes have been physically demanding from both a cardiovascular and strength perspective. I've taken three days of classes this week and am actually pretty sore from them. This is proving to be a great way to stay fit.
MAA virtual kickboxing is a great workout with great instruction. It works out every single muscle so our bodies continue to burn fat for hours after class so we can STAY ON TOP OF IT during this COVID-19 crisis and not lose everything we have worked so hard to obtain! Thank you MAA!

LOVE this place. I can't seem to stay away!!! Such a welcoming and knowledgeable group of instructors. There's no judging and they're always happy to help. You can go at your own pace and will definitely see results. I would highly recommend this place to not only adults who want to get into great shape fast, but also to parents who want to boost their children's confidence. This place ROCKS!
