I use the assessor sight often. It could be better but not the worst i have used. When I need to call everyone is always very helpful.
I own lots of properties. I went to cocinino county to fill out a land combination form they don't ask for a fee to record it. The lady told me my address and phone number was not on form, she did not know I had taken a picture of the form. I told her she was a lier, I went to assessor office and they gave me a new combination form and the knew one did not ask for a fee, I collected all signitures required,paid records fee not asked for and left. I got pulled over by Flagstaff police and got beaten in front of my mentally disabled son. I walk with a cane. I have rewards by government for outstanding public service, letters from law enforcement, they have no camera's at assessor office. The mountain people are enraged about what happened to me and my son cocinino county government is not allowed on any of my property's. The assessor and Flagstaff police pose a severe threat to public safety. If you go there film and record or you will be charged with more felonies than you can count. I am peaceful married over 33 years a business owner and pay the rent for food bank we feed people. Do not allow any cocinino government on your property's and make sure you have your property land patent,
