They made a mistake on my personal return which has prevented me from receiving my return and is now causing several issues on other fronts. I have called and emailed several times, and only received a very sassy response from one of my emails. I have also inquired multiple times about a full refund, since the money I spent to file my personal return did not achieve that end. Seems fair to me but can’t get a response to that either. I could have saved time and money if I had continued to do my taxes myself like in years past. This was not worth any of the money I spent and has caused an enormous headache for me. I would never recommend this company or especially location to anyone.

Jackson Hewitt on 4th street, the old will have you in trouble with the IRS. She had to change my returns 3 times due to her putting what she felt sounded good to her. Last year h&r block did my taxes, hands down, I say H&R Block is very professional and they will do your taxes right the first time. The lady lied on my taxes to cut corners, NO! NOT COOL! H&R BLOCK IS MY CHOICE.
