Very reasonably priced and we were satisfied with our taxes done by MasterTax for a couple of years but had a negative experience with our 2018 taxes (Spring 2019). Our taxes were submitted with an error for our state filing, so we ended up getting a significantly smaller return than expected. When I emailed to ask about it, I got a reply that included an attachment of SOMEONE ELSE'S tax return.nnWe will not be returning to MasterTax.
