CrossFit 100 goes above and beyond expectations one might have for a gym. After attending just a few classes you are treated like family. The coaches are knowledgeable and kind and willing to teach you and guide you during classes and even outside of class. The members are fun and engaging whether it is a 5am class or a 6pm class on a Friday. No matter your skill set or experience you feel support and encouragement. If you are looking for a gym, a community, a new level of fitness CrossFit 100 is the place to be.

This gym is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been associated with. The encouragement, motivation and inspiration they give daily is top notch.

I love the group fitness aspect of CrossFit 100! The coaches are awesome and helpful. The studio is upbeat, clean, and welcoming! I would recommend it to anyone including those new to exercising regularly. It’s a different workout everyday. The workouts are challenging, but everyone has the freedom to work at their own pace.

Amazing workout packages, personal trainers athletes, the facilities are amazing, great costumer services, excellent vibe,they are always looking out for you, and the crew is super professional. So happy I'm getting strong and fit. The best gym in Wisconsin.

Fantastic gym! Caring and supportive attention for all skill levels. Fun and friendly atmosphere. Best shape you will ever be in.
