I absolutely LOVE taking MMA/Kickboxing at NOVA! I’ve been here for over a year and I’m so glad I’ve stayed and continued coming. The coaches are extremely helpful and they take their time when you first start out and help build your confidence. They even have Jujitsu for Adults and Kids!!nnIf you are looking to actually SWEAT, condition your body AND ready for a challenge, you’ve come to the right place! Each class is different from the next day so you don’t feel like you are on repeat.nnI say: if you are ready to try something New, Fun, Challenging and feels like a Community ... come to NOVA!
If you're looking for some where to get your kids in I highly recommend here .The coach for the kids (jordan) is absolutely great with them !!!! My boy loves it and is really learning alot .
Everyone was pleasant and very informative. They were all friendly and answered all of my questions. The facilities were all clean and very well maintained.
Great crew and really enjoy training
I was in Milwaukee for work and was looking for somewhere to train while there. I was welcomed in like I had been training there for years. Good facilities, nice layout, clean. The training was great, just an overall great experience. Highly recommend.
