I've been going to the co-op for over 3 years now, and I can't think of another place I would rather sweat it out. The gym has the feel of a family and the members are incredibly supportive. I was also really drawn to the co-op model of the business. It has brought together so many dedicated member-owners that not only contribute their monthly fees, but their time and skills to help run the gym. Belonging here is a labor of love and it shows. Best box in Milwaukee, bar none.

I started at Cream City Crossfit at the end of June/beginning of July. I was really nervous- about my own strength and not knowing how to do the exercises. I’ve been to 7 of the 530am classes now and have really loved it. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The coaches and the other people have given me encouragement and helped me understand the moves and scale them to the right weight for my current strength. I’m so happy I joined!

My wife and I have been members of Cream City CrossFit since 2016 and I could not imagine belonging to any other CrossFit community. We shopped around at a few different boxes and after our experience with Cream City CrossFit we had our decision to become members. The coaching staff, the programming and, more than anything else, the community are phenomenal. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you'll feel comfortable here!

Cream City Cross Fit Coop is my happy place. I have been a member for almost a year, and my experience has been so awesome!!! The program itself is challenging, but scalable. The entire community is very supportive and kind. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. I could not be happier. I love my box. Highly recommneded.
