Working out with coach Mercedes has been one of the best things that I have done for my body, mind, spirit, health AND BUSINESS! After two years I still hate it if I have to miss a workout.nCoach is a true visionary!nI am grateful to have found him and to be on his team! Thanks to coach I am in the best shape of my life at 58 ... yes that is a recent picture, thanks coach..... oh by the way, I never said it was easy!

Great gym all around best boxing and knowledge in the sport awesome trainer recommend amc boxing gym is the gym to go to if you want to learn and compete in boxing also a great workout
