Jasmine the manager is always nice and on her game. She keeps the club running CLEAN and smooth. Ryan and Beth are the best and are always cleaning and there to help if you need anything. These three are why my son, me, and at least 5 other members stay even though we’ve out grown the weights . I will keep this membership even after I join the Brickyard. Thank you to the tall guy and red bearded kid who are Always , and I mean ALWAYS, cleaning and polite .

You have several members leaving poor reviews, including this one, informing you that your staff isn’t monitoring and enforcing the mask policy.nnSo what do you do? You ask paying members to do your job for you by asking them to monitor other members and alert management when members aren’t complying, and then go as far as telling them in these reviews to try “reaching out to our club manager to provide any suggestions you may have to create an amazing environment for our members”....Really? Really?! Pretty sure your local health department has plenty of suggestions on safe practices and protocols, as well as mandatory requirements as a business to continue to operate safely during a global pandemic.nnHere’s one suggestion for you, hire staff members that aren’t afraid to enforce policy when there isn’t a manager around and pay them a fair wage to do so. Pretty sure a National chain like yourself can afford it.nnOh and as for those “suggestions on how to create an amazing environment for our members”, I went ahead and contacted the health department for you. They were really nice on the phone and sounded like they were eager to help after I sent them these photos.

Their cardio machines still take 1st generation iPod plugs. They don’t even make converters for those. And it’s kind of small gym u wait for every machine unless you go late. When are these upgraded machines going to get with times and have Bluetooth. I guess if you like orange skin this gym is a big plus.

I know that in these uncertain times, there are many questions posed to the staff of every establishment, and i can definitely appreciate all the work that goes into reopening. I have missed the gym so much and was elated after speaking to Jasmine, who kindly answered questions im sure she has heard a hundred times, advising of the open hours, capacity limits and distancing status. She was so friendly and calm, i wanted to shine a light on her. Much deserved. we love you and your great staff, PF!!!
