Flagstaff Buick GMC

My car was taken to Flagstaff Buick GMC last fall after being hit. Flagstaff Buick GMC replaced the radiator and did body work. The body work does not stay together and 6 weeks ago the radiator seam came undone. Per insurance the vehicle went back to this shop to get new radiator. Here we are still without our vehicle. 3 weeks ago I was told the part was in Phoenix and it shouldn't be long. Last Friday I was told Tuesday the part would be here. Still do not have my car.

This dealership seemed honest enough when entering into a leasing agreement with them. However, after turning our 2-year leased vehicle into the dealership in great condition, they slapped me with a disposition fee exceeding $500. This was not made aware to me at the time I signed the contract. Do not lease with GMC!

I’ve been a long time Flagstaff resident over 35 years. I have rarely done a review on line, but this experience warrants telling all the other people in this community. Flagstaff GMC Dealership’s service department has failed us several times. We own a 2016 Yukon Denali approximately 70,000 dollar vehicle. We attempted to get a battery replacement and they stated it would take 2-3 weeks, 3 places including Napa, autozone and oreilleys all carried the battery. We just bought it there and had Randy’s downtown garage replace it. Randy’s charged 60.00 les to change the battery. The next time we contacted them for a simple oil change the car was there for 9 hours and they never contacted us to say it was finished. When we arrived they said the check engine light was indicating a problem that they could not fix but just because they looked at it it was 140.00 to diagnose. We also had a recall item that GMC sent us to get fixed but they could not get the parts. The customer service was horrible and when we attempted to talk to a manager of any kind we were told there was no manager available at anytime. The people on the phone were rude the guy at the service counter was rude and ignorant, the dealership has no business even being open they can’t get any parts and their inventory is non existent. I love Flagstaff and would love to keep my business local but there is no comparison or reason to buy or get a vehicle serviced at this location. They deserve a 0 rating but they do not go that low so a 1 star is what they get.

Most disrespectful employees I have ever had to deal with. My Brand new GMC duramax went into low power limp mode while driving into flag staff I called 4 times trying to get a hold of their service department to get advice or help I could never get a hold of them the call would either drop during the transfer or they would hang up on me. I finally limp it there hours later and the head service guy, tall bald and fat would not help me, he said “even if I scan your truck I’m sure we won’t be able to fix it today” and i replied I’m sure it’s something simple help me out so I can get home, and he said quote “Those trucks aren’t built very well”.

Rich at Flagstaff Buick GMC went well above and beyond! I Bought my truck from out of town and Rich came in on his day off to deliver because it was the only day I could make work in my schedule. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted while somehow keeping it in my budget. They delivered on customer service and overall expectations... SOLID 5 star experience! If you are looking for a car or truck and want great customer service you can’t go wrong with Rich at Flagstaff Buick GMC... worth the drive!
