Our truck broke down while passing through town and the service provided by Babbitt Ford was amazing! The service advisor, Jack, made thoughtful accommodations for us to bring the truck in even though they were very busy at the time. Once there the technician, Ross, quickly diagnosed our issue and had us on the way with a safe and working vehicle within an hour! Both I and my family are very appreciative of their great work!
Ordered parts finally came and were installed. My Expedition now works great. Running board opens and retracts when door is opened or closed.
Car engine no longer rattles when started in the morning. Jack and Dustin of the service department did a good job of keeping me informed as the repair took a few days.
I had been told by an oil change service that there was a oil leak coming from my engine, and he thought it might be the valve cover gasket. I brought my van to an independent shop in Flagstaff, and they quoted $800 to replace the gasket. (A car repair app on my phone said $480 was a fair price for that gasket replacement.) So I went to Babbitt Ford and, though they do charge for the diagnosis, they found two small engine oil leaks, but both were "inactive," and that I should wait on the repair, and just check the oil level regularly. I always appreciate an honest diagnosis.
