Each year I receive exceptional accurate, efficient, timely, courteous customer service. There are other organizations in additional to other local competitors, but I come back for the convenience of it all.

Terrible!! I did my taxes here with Sandra and they listed me as a Wisconsin resident (I'm a IL resident) and they said I will get funds back from both states. A week later I received a correction letter from Illinois Revenue that I owned 2.2k in returns because they listed me as a Wisconsin resident. I have never had to owe so this was very alarming to me. I had to go back to HR block with this issues and I am still waiting to get my money back. I thought I could trust a competent person to do my taxes but I will never trust any HR to do my tax returns. I also paid $270 dollars for them to do my taxes and a whole lot of inconvenience after that!
