Priscilla A Prado has not refunded our services fees since Covid-19 pandemic shut down. It was not the fee that upset us. It was the respect and principle of small business supporting other small local businesses during this tough time. Multiple emails were sent regarding the issues yet we were ignored on many occasions and the claims of sending us a refund check was never met. Unfortunately we were left with no other choice but to address this publicly so other small businesses do not go through the same kind of loss in time and money. This is unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional. Moving forward make sure your service providers are currently licensed and not just certified.
Excellent service, very professional. It is the first time in my life that they have taken the time to explain everything about our taxes to us. The treatment and service is first class. I recommend it .
