My Corvette had a proactive alert that needed attention. Terry Marxen Chevrolet's Service Department took care of that alert. The waiting room was spotless and it was set up for social distancing. I took advantage of a courtesy ride home and I was picked up when the car was ready. The Service Department called and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. My car was ready when promised. Terry Marxen Chevrolet continues to provide excellent service!!
I experienced an oil line failure on my truck that is less than a year old. The service rep JR told me he didn’t have a car for me to use and I had to personally go down there to speak with him about a courtesy vehicle. I ended up getting one but only after explaining to him I had no way home. When I picked up my truck the check engine light came on. When I tried to open my hood I found that they forgot to attach my hood latch leaving me not being able to open my hood. I open my hood the next morning with a long stick only to find numerous issues. The fan shroud clips were all missing, the air intake that attaches to the shroud was not attached causing the check engine light, wire connectors were not secured back in place with their mounting clips, the wrong hardware was used when putting on my skid plate. Doug the service manager seemed annoyed while I expressed my concerns with my recent service. I would not recommend servicing your vehicle there. I would rather drive to Phoenix or Tucson for future services or possibly the next nearest Dealership. Highly dissatisfied.
The service was good! I always feel comfortable taking my vehicle problems to Terry Marxen Chevrolet.
"Levi" was an excellent customer service representative. He communicated well, followed through carefully on all aspects of the servicing process and was friendly and courteous. I felt very fortunate to meet such a conscientious and well-trained representative. Due to his exceptional service, I will return to the Terry Marxen dealership in the future. I encourage this dealership to reward Levi appropriately and generously to retain his special presence in that department. I also want to commend the mechanics for diagnosing my car properly and repairing the problem quickly. People seem to work together in this service department, as a team, to serve their customer base.
