Staff was very professional, friendly, and informative. Deion answered all my car questions and concerns! Overall the environment was great! Staff was supportive and not pushy. Finance manager Ron took the time to explain the final paperwork.
I came in 3000 miles ago to get oil changed and tires rotated. They informed me at 35000 miles I needed to get my brake fluid exchanged. I have a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. After leaving talking with a friend then checking in my maintenance guide which was marked with a (I) inspect not a (R) which means recommended, I really didnt need this expense at this time. I drive across country not alot of start and stop driving. So they got an up sale on my ignorance. Wouldn't come here again and don't recommend them either. Also i called my dealer that I bought the Tucson from and asked them about it - they verified that I really didnt need it and got had.
