These guys provided great service and patience to four new RVers. If you are local are traveling stop here for great support all around. AB showed us how to hookup the sewer, power and water. They made sure we had everything we needed for a safe trip. I can't say enough about the service both parts (who make sure they keep the right parts in stock) to service. Perfect service.
We arrived at RV Country to purchase trailer mirrors for my 4Runner and a new scissor jack for the trailer. Upon arrival, Jonathan greeted us and promptly got the service department to “work in” our concerns into their already busy day. John came right out with the proper scissor jack and completed the installation within 15 minutes.
On the retail end, we were assisted with our mirror purchase and also got help with the installation.
In the meantime, Jonathan had noticed that the rental trailer was too large for my car. He said that although my V8 engine could certainly handle the trailer, the standard suspension system I had wasn’t really adequate for the job. Neither my Toyota dealership service advisor or the owner of the rental mentioned this to me. Jonathan said that all would be fine however, I would probably feel the weight of the trailer, as well as some tug on my vehicle. He suggested that in the future, I should look to upgrade my suspension or haul a smaller, lighter trailer.
All said, the expert advice, the helpful and friendly staff, and the professional installation provided us with the peace of mind we needed as we started on our trip. This was our 2nd visit to RV Country and we would wholeheartedly recommend them for any RV parts and service.
I usually do not write poor reviews, but my experience with the sales person was exceptionally poor. He was rude and dismissive of my questions, and made assumptions about my bank account that were not true. He assumed that I am looking for cheaper RV, and dismissed my questions about a more expensive RV by saying “It’s too expensive for you.” If you would like to avoid people who make you feel humiliated, I would steer clear of the sales department at this dealership.
While RV country wasn't able to get all of my repairs done they were truly fantastic and in the end really did everything they could to make the situation better. I hope I don't need any major repairs again, but if I am in the area, I would absolutely stop by here. I worked most with Will and he always knew who I was and was able to answer my questions and help me. He is a fantastic employee! Thanks for all of your help!
RV Country is a local Flagstaff RV dealership, that I purchased my new grand design from. On all follow up requirements they met or exceeded my expectations. I had #Warranty work done recently and they made a detailed list of things that needed to be done and They fulfilled that list. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new RV or used RV.
