We took our Outback to get a hitch and trailer wiring here and their service department was great. They had the part in stock and got us scheduled in quickly. What got me to write the review though is the service we got the day after. We needed to reverse the hitch ball mount we had purchased but even with two people cranking on a long wrench couldn't get it off. We went back to Subaru and no questions asked they helped us get the ball flipped around. I appreciate good customer service and we got that with the hitch install, I try to share when businesses go above and beyond and that's what they did helping us get on the road with our ball mount.

Ten Stars, Pi...! This a classy new facility ad great asset to this beautiful city. My visit was the most efficient and the fastest service I have ever experienced at a dealership. I can not praise enough Jake, Adam, Logan in parts and maintenance, the owner of this wonderland of high quality autos, and every member of this business so many the names too numerous as I apologize for not wring down all your names. They have so many models from which to choose it was difficult to pick just one lol! This is the place to travel to buy your Subaru trade in or whatever they will make your experience a pleasure and work out whatever plan you need. Bring your dog the owner has provided a two part dog park...not dirt synthetic grass!❤❤❤❤❤

I was not looking forward to buying a car as I have never had a good experience with any dealer I have dealt with. Evan Luthye and Flagstaff Subaru completely surprised me. Excellent customer service and no BS. They were full disclosure about the deal structure and I walked out with the car I wanted and DID NOT overpay! Thank you Evan!

Had a great experience at this dealership twice. We have bought two used cars from here in the past 3 years a 2013 Chrysler Town&Country and a 2012 Ford Taurus. This dealership really gives you the best deal upfront no haggling feeling cheated. They lay the exact numbers out in front of you down to the penny and finance definitely makes sure you get the best loan options. Plus the cars are still running great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the Flagstaff area looking to purchase a New Subaru or used car!
