I actually drove up from Phoenix. I wanted to have some cool air. So what a better way than to get an oil change. The scheduling was easy and efficient. When I arrived I was greeted by a nice young lady who obtained my information and got me to my service advisor. I was quoted a service, no needless flushes or blinker fluid etc. when my car was done I saw the staff hand washing my car and vacuumed it out. The service seems to be the norm for this dealership. Customer service can be taught, but adopting it from service to sales is the culture. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our purchase experience at Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff. Salesman Oran Payne II is amazing, i.e., very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. We highly recommend Mr. Payne and will request his assistance should we purchase another Toyota. We'd also like to thank the entire staff there. They (Finance Manager Donna Gallo, other sales staff, etc.) also treated us as royalty/VIPs. We love our new Tundra--Thank you so much! Mark and Sharon Francis

My third car purchase from Findlay Toyota Flagstaff. Easily negotiated price on all three cars. Robert and Dustin both offer no hassle car purchases. I have had no problems with any of the cars. Findlay also has a very efficiently run service department. Five stars for everything done.

I wanted a new Tacoma truck and these guys delivered! The sales staff went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. The entire purchase experience was what I have come to expect from Findlay, which is to say it was excellent. A big shout out to Joe "Jotini" Gray and Trey Hudson for really taking care of me! I have purchased from this dealership before, and have had my service done here as well. Their service staff is awesome! I get personal attention every time I visit. The people here remember me, and make me feel welcome. That is the biggest reason I keep going back here to buy a another vehicle.

I bought a used vehicle from Findlay Toyota and had a very pleasant experience. I worked with Dustin Donahue and cannot recommend him enough. I bought from out of state and he made the experience very easy and transparent. He was completely honest about the condition of the vehicle before I ever saw it in person and I was not surprised by anything when I picked it up. He also got me a very fair price. I would buy another vehicle from him. No pressure, very trustworthy, and knowledgeable.
