Had transmission issues and our technician was awesome. Fixed the problem, got us in and out without resulting in a second mortgage, and gave our dog a treat. Honest professionals who know what they're doing and don't talk down to you. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

Findlay Toyota really has things set up to deal with Covid 19. All employees on the sales floor wore masks and gloves. They staggered appointments so the dealership didn't get too crowded. Dustin the internet sales manager was great. He had the car I was interested in cleaned and sanitized when I showed up for my appointment. The process was easy and smooth. In fact he said most of everything can be done online ahead of time with very little interaction at the dealership if you know what car you want ahead of time and don't need to test drive. And free carwashes for life? Sounds perfect.
