Working with Findlay Honda for the purchase of my Pilot was such a pleasure! I worked with Scott during the process and he was extremely knowledge about the vehicle; he took care of us and found us the perfect car! I absolutely cannot recommended this dealership enough! Dylan Beamer in the service department went above and beyond to help us out. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We moved to Cottonwood and were in need of a new Honda service provider. I drive a 2004 Honda Element that my wife swears I love far too much.
Anyway, finding a new place to service your car (to me) is a bit like finding a new dentist. Ugh!! And I generally take my cars to the dealer for service. My wife called and spoke to Kyle, one of Findlay's service guys, and felt very good. So we took it in at 150,000 for some scheduled maintenance and crossed our fingers.
Very pleased. Can highly recommend, at least we can recommend Kyle. The most important thing to me is he never pushed on anything. They found a few minor things outside the scheduled things, but I didn't feel like I was being sold. And coming in from out of town, they pushed to get everything done in one day and gave us a loaner car. We'll take our other Honda there for service and will likely buy our next car there as well.
Findlay Honda, Lynn Selby, Riley Donaldson and Jacob Lundie were amazing on our last visit! 4 purchases over the years and each experience has been great! These guys and gals really pull together to help my family purchase the right vehicles and I've never had any issues. From the Sales department to the Service and Parts teams, they are all AMAZING! Thank you ALL!!
The staff at Findlay Honda was extremely helpful. They went above and beyond our expectations. We purchased a new HRV here 2 years ago. They continue to be one of the best dealership experiences we have ever had.
