This review is for the service department. I experienced an issue with my Ram 1500. Over 200 miles from home with a trailer in tow, wife, kids and dogs, we called up and were told not to be too optimistic, based on schedule of work. 2 hours later, we were on site on the back of a tow truck. Louis took the time to look at my truck, and was able to get a technician on it within the hour. A few short hours later, we were back on the road, good as new. What could have been an awful day turned around, thanks to the folks at Planet. If this is the service department, I will be back when its time to buy my next truck. Thanks again!!

Planet Jeep of Flagstaff has an excellent sales team. Richard and his sales manager Derek took great care of me and got me into a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee. The experience was laid back and pressure free. Allen maid the paperwork a breeze. I would certainly buy from them in the future.
