AZ Marine & Eliminator boats of Arizona

I have searched all over the west and parts of the east coast to find a crestliner boat for hunting and fishing. Jeff at AZ Marine has been great and gave me the best deal. He has also given me great prices on service and accessories. I pick up the boat in the next few weeks. I will follow up, but so far this place has been fantastic. I have to believe that based upon my experience that one post from the complainer is just that, a typical complainer who always sees from his own perspective and has no ability to be introspective about his own bad behavior.

Bought a used boat from them for cash, they illegal sold it a curb sided me, I can’t transfer the title into my name because they never transferred owner from the original owner into there names, had issues with the steering, throttle and starting, and they wouldn’t do a refund. The first time taking the boat to lake Powell the 3rd trip out the motor cracked around the 3rd spark plug after just starting completely locked up. I haven’t been able to get a response regarding this either.

Worst Marine Dealer on the planet. They have no regard for anyone's safety, especially mine and my dogs. All they care about is making as much money on customers as possible. I gave them one star because I have to give them something to do the review. They don't even hit the chart. How they got to be a Mercury and Lowe Boat Dealer is beyond me. They don't even know how to properly mount a motor on a boat. They sold me a motor that was double what the manufacturer and Coast Guard says is safe for a discounted price. I returned the motor when another dealer educated me on how dangerous it was. AZ Marine proceeded to charge me full list on a 30hp motor and returned only a $400 difference. Then made the comment we are going to make some money on this deal. I hope you are happy AZ Marine. At least someone is. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and I'm sure others wouldn't appreciate it either. You need some serious lessons on how to do business because it's obvious you have no clue. I would run from this place....fast. I predict they will be out of business in time. Most likely sooner than they think. Interesting reply from the business. It's disappointing to see them blame everything on me. There were definite reasons I filed all the complaints I did and by the way no one sided with them. You file a complaint and the BBB or Attorney General mediates it. End of story. Whomever replied to this and to my previous complaints with AZ Marine can't even spell and write correct sentences. These people aren't worth my time and energy. And by the way if anyone despises liars it's me. Interesting too that it took them 4 weeks to reply. Just go away and take advantage of someone else.

I purchased a pre-owned boat on Craigslist with low hours, after the first outing we noticed we were taking on quite a bit of water and had to run the bilge pump constantly to stay dry. I called around to a few shops and AZ Marine seemed very capable and confident that they could tackle my bellows leak, and even said they likely have all the parts in stock to make the repair job even quicker. They are currently still working on the boat, but Blake was very helpful and knowledgeable, and Austin was very polite and thorough during the drop off process. Very excited to get the boat back and get on the lake before summer ends!

Very professional team of people! Hydrolocked my boat and they put me to the front of the line for intimidate repair. They fixed the engine after sitting for a week with the cylinders in water, within two hours gave me a call and informed me it was resolved and running again! Tried calling other boat repair companies in Flagstaff and they insisted that my motor was trashed without even looking at it! Very honest company and would give them 2 thumbs up. Thanks Blake and your team!
