Came in for an oil change in our vintage mini motor home which is well under 10 feet. Carl and his team were able to help and gave us some good advice as we continue traveling on. Professional and awesome throughout the entire process. Very happy we found this shop!

Had a vehicle I was looking at purchasing delivered from Aspen, CO. A week prior, I called/arranged an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection with a mechanic shop in Flagstaff that starts with number 7. The following week the vehicle was delivered (date and time if my appointment), they booked through my appointment and told me they were completely full (unprofessional). Now I had to find another shop open on a Saturday. Meineke was open and was able to fit me in their schedule. I don't think I have had an inspection that thorough ever done before on other vehicles I've purchased. Absolutely great work, good guys, clean shop. I would go back there anytime.

This place has integrity!!! So, we were on our way to the Grand Canyon (from Iowa) when my car started chugging and the check engine light came on. I stopped at Auto Zone to get the code and find out what was wrong. Called my local guy at home and he told me to get it looked at. We stopped at the first place that we came to, which was particular Meineke. Went to the guy at the desk and gave him the print out from Auto Zone. He told me what the problem likely was and how much it would cost. I explained our situation and asked how soon we could get in. He said they were getting ready to pull a truck out and he'd get us right in. Sweet! After about a half hour or so, he told us that the light had gone off and the coil and plugs checked out ok, so he didn't want to change it out if it wasn't bad. I asked how much we owed for the time and he said nothing! You don't find service like that much anymore. He could've told us flat ripped us off and we would have never known. I may never be back in the area again, but if I am and the situation arises, that will be the first place I go to get the work done on my vehicle.

We had an incredible experience with the team at Meineke in Flagstaff as we were traveling through town. They helped our family work out an issue with our rental vehicle on a Saturday morning and were amazing. It was a positive experience, everyone was kind and worked together to get our car back up and going. We are so thankful we chose Meineke!
