I am extremely impressed with the service from this shop. Initially, a new employee installed the oil filter seal in a faulty manner. When my low oil level indicator came on as I was arriving home, I was incensed, and I called them back. Jose, the manager, immediately sent Juan out to my property, 50 miles away, including six miles on gravel! Juan fixed the leak and replaced the oil, plus cheerfully gave me a full refund! It is rare these days for a company to stand 100% behind their work, and do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. But, that is exactly what this shop did. Very classy and professional! Thank you!!

The employees at this store are genuinely helpful, professional, and experienced! I’ve never had a bad experience at Jiffy Lube, but this is the first time I’ve come to this location and the service was outstanding! I came in for an oil change and found out I didn’t need it yet per my mileage. Rather than taking my money, they gave me a free top-off, fluid check, checked my tires, and made sure I was all ready to go for my road trip!

Great Experience. Employees were professional and nice. My brakes feel great! I used a coupon from their online webpage and it definitely helped make things more affordable. I would definitely go back here again, and would recommend to others.

I stopped by for a an oil change and by the time I left the technicians had done damage to my cargo light. They noticed the light had gone out on one of the bulbs and asked to change it. I agreed and they proceeded to change the bulb but they then noticed another cargo light had gone out so they asked if they could change that light. I agreed reluctantly and by the time they were done. All the lights on the cargo lights had gone out and they proceeded to give me some bull about the electrical system being bad and it was not their fault. I would not recommend people go to this location for an oil change. Now I need to figure out what they did and fix it. If they can't fix their mistakes they should not offer other services.
