Gianelli's Pizza/Chicken Man

Excellent customer service and very good pizza!

I am truly upset with the experience I had tonight with Cheryl!! I ordered $60 worth of pizzas, mind you my mom put me on to this place so I wanted to treat my family. I have never seen a sign saying we had to pay for parmesan cheese until today and maybe I was wrong could’ve overlooked it, by their way too many customers who agreed the sign wasn’t there. Even if the sign was there just simply say this is our policy not just flip off throwing receipts.. So I was jokingly saying well I should at least get 5 packages for free seeing as I am spending $60. Which it’s not their fault I chose to spend my money here but I expect better customer service when you’re running a business. Not “ well I ain’t losing my job because customers always want something for free” then proceeded to throw my receipt. Cherly proceeded to be rude to the point I said I’m sorry if I upset you but you don’t have to be rude. I work in customer service and this is not the way to handle things if your customer is just giving feedback take it into consideration. It took for another customer to agree with me and paid for my cheese packages which I didn’t want I was joking around like dang cheer up.. Normally when we come customer service is not that bad. I will never shop here again and I will definitely make sure my mom stops spending her money here.. Thought I’d share my experience maybe they’ll see this and not get so offended when a customer VOICE their opinion.

Got coupons in the mail today and was so excited to order! I called for a delivery and the young man knew my name from my phone number. Over an hour passed and no delivery, so when I called and explained, the woman who answered was very rude, saying there was no ordere placed from my address! I called back and talked to a young man explaining that when I gave my number, he knew my name! But still no order was placed!! Never again!

Since they moved to Silver Spring Dr, it's like they changed their whole way of making their pizzas. It tastes so different now. It's not nasty, but it for sure ain't Gianelli's original recipe. My daughter even notices the change. We won't be getting pizza from here again unless it's just more of a convenience money wise.
