Screwed up order waited over 40 minutes for them to remake computer and new staff
Just got off the phone with jordan, ordering my lunch. And all I can say is that dude has got A+++ customer service.nIt's an awesome experience being able to call it somebody to order something and have it just go completely smooth as silk. Thank you Jordan for your customer service I will be ordering from you guys again.!! Double thumbs up
Amazing staff and food, any problems I've experienced over the years (which wasn't many) were due to technology error, not the restuarant itself. Great value too if you order carryout online.
This is the worst pizza shop in mequon. They employ unskilled low-wage people to heat up the frozen pizza. Once I got a pizza made without tomato sauce- I guess they forgot. Overall pretty poor show.
50 minutes for a pizza! Drove up to store and waited while watching customers come into the store, order and leave. Once entering the store phones are not being answered. Pizza tracker said my pizza was ready. Was told it was still in the oven. Masks on, masks off. No COVID rules here.
