The last of the Route 66 Garage's is a Tire Shop, the kind where they remember your name, rotate and fix tires you have bought from them for free. The kind that doesn't oversell you on some overpriced tire insurance.
It has this old school local barber shop vibe. Their prices are very fair. The guys are super knowledgeable and professional. They are NOT using inexperienced kids to tighten your lug nuts. I just wouldn't want to spend my money anywhere else. Thanks Adam.
Great service! My dad & I were visiting from Phoenix & we got a flat tire while 4x4. Stopped by Pep Boys at first & the dude there was useless but in the end, I am glad he was as we stubbled across Chris's Double D Tire & we received with open arms. Took less than hour for them to patch the tire, reinstalled, & check all remaining tires air pressure - $25. Thank you Chris! Great service!!
I've been a customer at Double D for nearly a decade and a half. Chris and Adam are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They carry a variety of types and brands of tires, ( I bring all of the crew trucks from work, as well as my Nissan and Jaguar). I highly recommend Double D for any tire needs you may have.
I had a tire repaired here, Double D was willing and able to do a simple patch plug that discount tire wouldn't.
Easy access, fast, friendly.

Best place in Flagstaff! Chris is a morally sound business man and genuinely good person! I needed a tire desperately when I first rolled into town, was low on funds and he helped me without hesitation. Highly recommend!!!
