Sergio provided me customer service that was better than anything I’ve seen in my 60 years on this earth. He drove 14 miles from town to a national forest where I had blown a large fuse. He changed the fuse and did a lot of diagnostics in a timely manner. 20 minutes after he left the fuse blew again! Sergio came out the next morning and did more diagnostics, etc. He even went to 2 different stores in town for me to buy parts! I am so glad that I have an honest RV mechanic in Flagstaff now as I pass thru here at least every year or two. Highly Recommended!!
I had asked my in-laws if I could borrow their Toy Hauler for the weekend and they said they had not used it since last summer. When we opened the door there was a musky smell. It ended up being a water leak coming from the roof which created major damage in the bathroom. We needed someone to fix it and called around town but after calling two places that didn’t even answer the phone we said we’ll call one more and if not I guess we’ll have to watch a YouTube Video (LOL Yeah Right!) We ended up calling Good Times RV Repair and Remodel and Sergio answered the phone. He not only finished the job within the month, but we were exceedingly impressed with the finished bathroom. It looks amazing!
I was about to begin boondocking after coming across the country and needed to replace the shower faucet and toilet. The job was not as easy as one would think and I am glad I had Good Times to get through the misc issues that occurred. Sergio was so nice! He took the old toilet for me & threw it in his own trash can and then filled me up on water - not to mention some great advice on my fridge. We keep in touch all the time and he is always available to help me with advice. Recently he has helped me with my tankless water heater. I highly recommend!
