Set an appointment. Showed up to we can work you in. Not a bring your own parts friendly place even with factory AC-Delco.
Made me wait until I saw how disorganized they were and another customer complaining loudly they didn't use his parts or fluids and made them change his oil again with his fluid and filter. Former disabled shop owner. I know when the shop is customer friendly. That wasn't my experience here. Use at your own risk. I left and will not return.
We were on the road on a Sunday with a burned out headlight in a 2007 Suburu. We called asking if they had availability, got there within 15m and boom it was done before we had waited 10 minutes. Friendly professional hard working people. Highly recommend!
they were nice , found the the problem , cost to fix was too much and as I drove back to Prescott I notice the mechanic had broken the tuning knob on my radio. Would've been nice to walk with honor and say something about it. doubt I'll be back in Flagstaff ever again. I'll take the cost to replace it.
We stopped here on a Sunday after having a rather scary experience that involved accidentally taking our car down an extremely primitive and rocky road. Everyone working was so kind and quick to help us after we told them what had happened. Luckily, there was no serious damage done to the car, but we were very grateful for their help. It meant a lot during a moment of panic
Was traveling through Flagstaff on a holiday weekend and realized I had an enormous screw in my tire..I was scrambling to find an open place at 8am on a Sunday these guys were there. Friendly and affordable..I was back on the road by 8:30! So thankful!
