I was really impressed with this shop. The communication is wonderful, from the receptionist to the mechanics I always felt like I was in the loop and that everyone was doing everything they could to get me back on the road. I brought my van in after it died one morning, she was having ignition issues and I had been to several different shops recently. This was the first place that listened to my issues and even looked over my receipts and diagnostics from other shops to try to better understand why my vehicle was having issues. They checked everything that had recently been replaced as well most of the ignition system. Because my van wasn’t acting up while at the shop, and because I didn’t want to leave it there for a couple of days for a more intensive diagnostic, the mechanic gave me recommendations of easy parts to replace. A check things off the list type deal. I ended up getting a new battery and ignition coil at O Riley’s and flagstaff mobile mechanic put them in for free. I drove away feeling taken care of. I will definitely be back next time!

I have brought him several vehicles and each time they do a great work. They always take time explain things to me. And even though they are very busy they make time for their clients. Om sad to see bad reviews. I know you can't please everyone but this shop have worked their butt off helping out flagstaff. Pricing is very fair. Quality of work is good and professionalism is on point. Would and have recommended many people to Mike and his crew.

If you’re in or near flagstaff and in need of an honest, hardworking mechanic, I’d highly recommend Flagstaff Mobile Mechanic. Michael is a great example of a man who takes pride in his work and his team is an extension of that. Sage was a pleasure to work with and she made the experience seamless. My partner and I have so much appreciation for this establishment.

This place really came through for me!! I was visiting from Phoenix and Mobile mechanic was recommended to me by my dealership (the dealership had too much volume to help me at the time) and Michael from mobile mechanic could not have been more helpful or honest. He tried to help me as best he could, was honest about what he could and could not do for me, and gave me solid advice. If I lived in town he would absolutely become my regular mechanic.
