OMG Dee was so helpful I couldn't print my W2 she brought her printer from home to help me file my taxes. I really appreciate the service she gave me. It had been a long time since I filed taxes. And honestly, the thought of doing so, frightened me. Dee did an amazing job from the very first call. After listening to me vent about my problems, Dee instructed me to come in for a one on one consultation where she helped me out a great deal with easing my anxiety. Dee and the whole cast were very knowledgeable and provided me with all of my available options to solve my problems. I really enjoyed working with them and I know you will too!

This has got to be the most stress free filing season for me, thanks to Keyona Jackson @ Jackson Hewitt on 73rd and Good Hope rd. The pricing was lower than I have paid in a long time!! Ms. Jackson was amazingly knowledgeable about all my personal tax situations and questions. Thanks Jackson Hewitt

Dee prepare my taxes for me. She was very knowledgeable and fast. She will have your taxes done within 30 to 45 minutes and will definitely get you your maximum refund. GO SEE HER!

I was told there were no hidden fees when signing up for the Jackson Hewitt Tax Service American Express card. I asked Helen or as she is referred to as “Dee” multiple times if there were any hidden fees for choosing this card she said “No, it’s completely free” I had given her a shining review earlier but then I found out later in that there IS a hidden fee for this card. You have to pay $5.00 a month to keep this card. She lied to my face, never told me of this fee. As a favor to you guys DO NOT sign up for this card. It is a headache trying to reach customer service and a headache to set this card up. On top of that, if you don’t receive your FULL tax refund before April then you will not be able to take out the full amount at the ATM. Not worth it. Very upset that Helen was not truthful about this card and told me it was free. Thumbs down.
