Took 2 visits over 5 day period to complete taxes ... only 1 person in office and had to answer phones, front door, and help other people while trying to do our taxes ... Very Poor !!

To much money for a simple tax filing, and that emarld card thing is a joke. Running a credit report knowing they will get there money right back. Maybe someone needs that money right away. So I lost money to this bank paying 40.00 joke. I'll stick with my accountant for 100 dollars and he found more tax right offs that we were able to use last year.
