Idk what everyone else is talking about but this place is great. Wonderful staff, great service. I ordered a piece of bread (because I only chase that bread ud83dude08ud83dude08ud83dudcb0ud83dudcb0 and they gave me the best piece of bread I could ever ask for. Would come again.
Placed an order from the app for immediate pickup and my food wasn't ready for 20+ minutes. Others there were waiting for food after having ordered 30-40 minutes prior. This was my second consecutive time waiting more than 10 minutes for sandwiches, which is not in line with the JJ brand.
Great place for quick bite. Love that you can order ahead using app. Sandwiches made were good and as per order. Good staff.
Terrible customer service, cashier rolls his eyes with every order, subs took way too long to get and we’re missing several toppings. They don’t put mayo on according to the manager and “ they cannot let you have water” because the cups are so expensive, even though I said I’d pay for it. So we left with no drinks, mayo packets and one napkin for the 4 of us, because they are also apparently too expensive. Last time to this location, what a disaster.
