Sandwiches at one time were so much better.They put so much mustard on one sandwich that I could only taste mustard. They took a long time in answering the phone. I called twice thinking they were closed.
Love the Hook and Ladder! First time there and i returned again the next day for a repeat!!! Hands down best sub i have eaten!
Toasted subs. Tasty bread. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will return to try their sub varieties.
The food here is great. The staff is a bit underwhelming. They make the food well, but spend their time gossiping and are very uninterested in doing more than the minimum. Most times they also don't wear their masks or don't wear them correctly.
We ordered 5 subs. I ordered and paid for a small meatball but they gave me a kids meatball, 2 subs were not cut and we were missing 3 pickles. Most of the newer employees are not very friendly either. I love the owner of this store but the service has gone down in the last 2 yrs.
