Aaron the assistant manager is awesome! Had some problems on a product that I bought a day prior and he was willing to make it right and replace it. Great customer service and awesome dude all around. Thanks CAL Ranch and thank you Aaron for helping me.

This store is absolutely the worst! I have called over the phone prior to coming into the store inquiring about certain types of hay and whether they have it in stock. Nine times out of 10 they say “YES WE HAVE IT” and I drive all the way down there to either have them sell me hay they don’t even have or to find out they didn’t have any from the beginning when I called. I can’t believe how they have such incompetent people working at this store it’s just incredible. I mean come on now, it’s not that difficult to just go and check to see if you actually do have that hay in stock. What’s even more irritating is driving down there with false information from the employees and then have to deal with wasting more of your time by going through the refund process because they don’t even have the hay they just sold you.

Great quality and assortment of goods. Clean store. Staff is about as friendly as Walmart Employees. NO need to wear a mask I was pretty much the only one lost count at 8 people without masks. Employees were wearing them though.

We bought an ATV off the floor for our grandson. It was the only one they had left, and unfortunately, the ATV was missing essential parts, and the store could not find them. They offered a refund, but when we explained that we really wanted it, they had one shipped from another store, and it never arrived. They didn't stop helping us. Ryan Hendricks, the Southern Regional Manager, found another store that had the ATV we were looking for and personally delivered it to the Flagstaff store for pick-up! Our grandson is so happy, and so are we! Thank you, Ryan!!!

I came across this store from a Google search. I was in an emergency situation, and desperately needed a weight distribution hitch while moving. An employee worked it over with my wife and I was on the phone, he set the hitch up (as much as possible), then had it ready for me when I got there. I rang up at the wrong price, and they honored the shelf price. They then let me install it all in their parking lot and even let me camp there. Prices were very fair, very knowledgeable people, and willing to help. Couldn't ask for more.
