Good variety of clothes...especially baby stuff. Very good kitchen utensils.

Almost left the store with a tag on one of my clothing.. was helpful to take it off.. As always.. they were helpful, always nice finds in the store.. and that means a lot, coming from someone who doesn't like to shop..

First and foremost, thank you to these lovely ladies for their wonderful customer service: Maryann, unconditional kindness is truly an underestimated gem in our world. Thank you so much for contributing to humanity and beyond with something we could all use more of, in order to create balance, harmony, peace, and happiness for all interconnected souls. My husband and I are grateful that you made us feel so welcome with your authentic, full presence, genuine smile, and heartfelt greetings. ^_^ Noelle (cashier), your optimistic outlook on life (that I overheard you sharing with your coworker), positive attitude, tactful honesty (that I overheard you sharing with another customer), and very friendly service is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for radiating much sunshine! ^_^ I’ve enjoyed shopping at most Ross locations for years, especially the ones that are clean, organized, and provide decent customer service. I LOVE that Ross has awesome deals that are often of great quality from clothing, accessories, home decor, kitchenware, bedroom and bathroom essentials, stuff for pets, art supplies, etc.(see attached 19 photos of some of my favorites). Granted, it wasn’t until recently that I’ve had my first, memorable experience when it comes to customer service at a Ross; hence, I’m sharing this review. I may update this review after future visits (to include the star rating), so I hope the wonderful, new customer service---along with the overall organization and cleanliness of the store---remains consistent.
